vortech already announced price increase by 2/28/07
Their supercharger kit was ridiculously priced. There are much better options that are just as reliable. I think the fact that we're not going to have comptech diffs is the biggest problem. Everyone with them is going to be able to charge a LOT more for them now. I just sold mine last month!
I only have a Comptech flywheel now - I have it because it's a nicely made lightweight piece; the brand name meant absolutely nothing to me though.

Comptech has made awesome parts for a HOST of cars, not just the NSX and S2K. I am sad to see them go. Many of you say they didn't have quality parts, and I agree to some extent. Their quality has gone downhill the last 2-3 years. Prior to that however, all of their parts & R&D were of EXCEPTIONAL quality.
I remember they had J30 headers that made power and were out in retail while others stayed in 'prototype' land indefinitely...of which they still are!!!

I hear you on the specializing in Hondas, but Oscar Jackson is a true Honda guy , Just cuz he sells things for other makes and models doesn't mean he is not a great Honda Tuner . I have talked to him on a few occasions and almost all of the early Jackson Racing parts were for the Honda brand. He know's his stuff and is a pretty down to earth guy
I have come to understand Oscar Jackson know longer has any affiliation with the Jackson Racing moniker.
Oscar retired a while ago and has since sold the naming rights to a company called Moss Motorsports.
Be aware when those JR S/c's come out that you are no longer buying products affiliated with Oscar himself. You are buying from a 3rd party manufacturer that simply bought a motorsports reputation instead of earning one themselves.
