honestly I don't know the answer to that .... I would guess they are all pretty much the same. You should get what you think looks the best since in all honesty thats about all you get out of a CAI other that the sweet sweet sound

I dunno.. you get a license plate frame with the Injen intake..that's good for 5 hp right there!

Most dyno sheets I've seen show minimal gains (if not a small loss) with the typical bolt ons for this car. Honda's wrung ever little bit of horsepower out of this setup... if another 15 horse was attainable by tweaking the intake pipe, Honda would have done it themselves. Personally, I'm leaning towards getting a V2, but it'd mainly be to change the engine note.

That's the MAIN thing I want... That breathing sound... So the V2 is the best for that?

The ones I've heard are very throaty.. great sound. Here's a good writeup on it:

There's a vid in there of a V2 in action, some dyno results, etc..

Should help you with your decision.

Full instructions on how to install the AEM V2 CAI with pictures. I think with the V2 hydrolocking has more to do with parking the car and letting it sit in the rain than it does with driving over a puddle. The rain supposedly leaks into the compartment where the filter is and drips into the intake pipe. Then when you go to start the car A little umbrella cover should fix it up nicely though.
