How hard are they to adjust for track day, then back to "normal" driving?

I have the H&R's ajustables and all i have to do is take the wheel off on each corner and just twist the thread for up or down....

After i get the wheel off it only takes me 2 minutes to ajust the hight

I've done a search for coilovers, and everything I have read just gives me more questions and concerns. Sounds like aftermarket coilovers are noisy and I don't want that. Seams like when you start changing suspension parts on theses cars, you wind up just creating new problems, problems that you wouldn't have had if you just left it alone. If I can't get an aftermarket set of coilovers that aren't noisy, and that don't effect camber and tire ware then I guess I will leave the suspension stock. I don't want to improve one aspect of the car, only to create a problem with another aspect of the car. Why should we have to sacrifice one thing to get another? I don't want to trade ride quality and quite operation for a lower stance and handling. I want it to have good ride quality, quite operation, lower stance and better handling than stock, as if Honda had done it that way from the factory. Is it possible? Thanks.
If all you want to do is have a lowered stance while maintaining the stock ride, then a good set of springs....that aren't to aggressive....would be just fine. I've heard good and bad about bilsteins. I'll say this....companies like T1R, J's and Top Secret (to name a few) actually have S2000's to do there R&D on. They specialize in just a few cars where as companies like Bilstein or Tein produce for a wide range of cars. They aren't bad products, but there is better. I would hope all of you would agree with me in that the stock system is a great system.

When traveling at 130 mph on your local county road...do you want to be thinking about the great deal you got on your coilovers? OR that the best of the best is under your car, controling your every move with precision, knowing that it was designed on an S2000 not a computer.

But it's your money....I would never let anyone tell me how to spend mine
