Default Clutch

I need your help if you can offer any. My problem is that when I drive my car, the clutch doesnt catch as well as it did when I first bought the car. I only have to feather the clutch and it grabs right away. Does this mean I need a new clutch soon? Is it wearing away? If my clutch does go, what exactly will happen? I know I just asked a lot of questions, but seem to learn everything about my car on this website. Thanks

if it goes, your motor will rev and your wheels won't spin.

Having it grab right away doesn't sound like it's going out to me, but I'm tired and cranky right now so I dunno.

Can't tell from the description.

We seem to have the strangest clutch. Rev the motor to 6k and dump the clutch pedal and - BAM - it grabs great. Do the same 6k rev and try to ease the clutch and it will slip and spin and burn like mad.

I have NEVER had a car that behaved in this manner. I only hope that an aftermarket clutch will not behave this way, when the time comes.
