its axel spindle nuts that needs to be retorqued.
I've had the same problem and bunch of members
helped me out, especially Saki GT.
My car is actually going in tomorrow to the dealership
to get it retorqued. If i am correct, this is very common
in S2000 and in right axle too~

OMG SAME PROBLEM AND I'VE BEEN TRYING TO SOLVE IT FOR MONTHS! could someone provide an explanatory picture? can this be done at home or does a shop need to do it?
when it happens to me, it's not after reverse though. it's after any stop, or from speeding up after being at a low speed for a short time.
