I am starting on my suspension, and Im trying to figure out the best setup...Whats the best way to go, I am about to get some springs and I know ultimately I am going to get coilovers.....
-What about strut bars
-Sway bars
-Rear tie bar
What does the S actually need, what really works?....I have read some reviews of people who are very fond of the X-brace/front lower suspension. Every brand says the same thing with a different price, which ones are worth it or a good value.

Depends on what you want to do with the car..Auto-X? Track? Street?, the Racing and Competition forum has TONS of suspension threads/info, read the FAQ'a before you start asking questions over there though, they're super knowledgable but not the most patient guys in the world.

What are you really looking to get out of your aftermarket suspension? If you want to get a drop for cosmetic impact, just go with a set of lowering springs.
Stuff that works to improve handling:
Alignment. Try the UK specs.
Big front sway bar. Effective in addressing issues of oversteer bias and inside rear wheel lift (when running sticky race tires in auto-x). Try the Comptech adjustable bar.
Anti bump steer kit from Go Fast Lab. Solves the rear bumpsteer that is a problem with lowered cars, especially AP1.
KW Variant 3 coilover kit. The only sub-$3000 coilover kit that the track guys agree on as improvement over the stock setup. However, don't expect to install a coilover kit and magically improve the handling of your car. The great benefit of coilovers is adjustability of ride height and shock compression/rebound. You need to invest track time in set up.
Hope this helps.

Well, that sounds exciting, ask someone for knowledge that is easily irritated by the fact that you dont know about what you are asking.
I would like a setup that will create a good look, ride comfort, and increased performance a couple times a month for autocross and street racing at speeds up to 150 mph.
That was sarcasm, get it. Seriously, substitute street racing for the drag strip.

Lets not have a hissy fit, I was expressing my irritation with individuals who get upset if you dont know something, like when you are asking and some individuals get upset because they have already answered that question before. Nobody is making them answer the questions, they can just... not reply. Some people do not like to spend hours reading through threads that almost always get off topic.
THANK YOU for the information and insight, my hostility/sarcasm was not directed towards you or anyone in paticular.
