Default Clock Reset for 02 and Remote Questions

I just picked a 02 and it doesn't have a owners manual with it Could someone show me how to reset the clock? It's difference from 01 model.

I need to buy additional keyless remote. If both the P/N SET and FCC number are matched, would that remote work with my car.

Thanks for the help

Did you check the secret compartment?

No, the remote has to be programmed into the car. Otherwise all remotes would open another one.

To change the hours, press the preset 4 button while holding down the Scan/Rpt button.

To set the minutes, press the preset 5 button while holding down the Scan/Rpt button.
