I was going to use fishing line, but another member told me to use dental floss because of the wax coating won't mess up the paint.
Also the dental floss is great for removing emblems of a car.

why do you need an amber light bulb for the side marker? what about your diffusers? If you had those in amber then it should be ok for the side markers to be any color you want, right? Not all cars come with side markers.

Here in CA, we still must have the flashing color as amber. Same problem with the corner diffusers.
It really depends on the vehicle code they want to quote when they pull you over.
1. Code states turn indicators must light up amber
2. Code states you cannot modify your lighting system
Which one applies. Well it seems to depend on the jerk writing the paperwork.
Hopefully Oregon is not as silly.
