Go get a Helms manual. There is one bolt underneath, two on the side of the engine bay, and the 4 holding up the bar underneath the housing. That's all I can remember off the top of my head.

I had a headlight housing out this past weekend. I removed the fender and only a few screws on the bottom of the bumper to get the housing out. The headlight housing has 4 mounting points:
One just behind the wheel well guard(screws in upwards from the ground)
One that shares a screw with the fender on the edge of the engine bay.
One that shares a screw with a mounting bar for the bumper, just below the housings
And the last is behind the housings.
I could be wrong, but i don't see an easy way to get the housing out without removing a fender. The fender is EASY to take off, and will make the job easy as well, just be careful.
