Auto part stores can hook you up with the high temp silver spray.

Forget the auto parts store "high" temp paint. Save yourself some
aggravation and go to lowes or home depot and get the silver
grill paint that is rated at 1400 degrees.

Works great on the signal bulbs. Have not tried it on the running
bulbs, but the auto store 500 degree paint smoked after drying
for 2 days. And the real high temp paint they have needs to be
cured at somthing like 700 degrees!
