Hey, if you can - if it is totalled, see if you can have the car crushed. When a car is stripped this clean, the thieves usually warehouse the parts, leave the carcass, and then buy the body at a police auction. Then they put the parts back on, and they have a legal, if not clean, title. Don't let the pr*cks who stripped your car have it and make a profit on it.

What's the VIN (or last four digits of the VIN)? In the off chance some parts show up and the thieves were careless.

Well thanks for the support, it was stolen while i was at dinner with my cousin. THey just found it yesterday and the insurance is going to look at it soon.
I probably won't buy the shell or anything like that, to tell you the truth i' done with honda and the theives that come with the scene.

Cannonbear, sorry for your loss. I understand how you feel about getting another Honda. Although the S2000 draws a much older crowd than other Hondas, the parts are still interchangeable with cheaper and older Hondas, which makes it so highly valued in the community of theives. I know that if for some reason my car was stolen and ended up like this, I don't think I'd get another S2000. The "immobilizer" technology is just too outdated.
