Just changed my pads yesturday, SUPER easy. Just remove the bottom bolt, swing the caliper holding the pads up, pull out the pads, take the metal backing off the old pads and put them on the new, then put everything back together!

My only piece of advice. DO NOT push the rear caliper pistons in with a C-Clamp or a piston tool, you need to rotate them back in.

As ubetit aludes to, you will also need to compress the caliper pistons in some way. If you're doing the fronts, it should be easy to do with a C-Clamp. For the rears, read the shop manual or get profesional advice before doing anything.
