Chance to own unique stewie-dewie-stooky

this is very off topic!
op: it was mention before. i dd my car ad put a ton of miles on it. that car in the link should not be dd. why? one it had itb's with on filter. that is not the best idea to drive a car with a filter for long periods of time. and you still owe 22K for your "S"? and you are wondering how much you can get for it? at the most your car is worth 18K and that is generous.
i understand where the op is coming from. im a lazy guy too. i bought my car brand new with 7 miles. i hated having to pay it off and never saving enough to work/build my car. only after 3 years of finally paying it off can i start to work on it. with this car, the work is already done. but some mentioned that you dont know how they treat this car and how well was it really put together. for example, i feel sorry for the next guy who will get this car, with the shit that i put this car through.

You say you want to "start tracking your car." Assuming you haven't tracked before (you could have meant you haven't checked your S before but have tracked other stuff), I would stay away from that car like the plague. That is way too much car for a beginner and not even a great car for someone more advanced. When i see the mod list I see a bunch of track-oriented-but-really-for-show-mods.
ITB's from what I hear are a pain to tune.
I don't know any serious racers using Tein or do I imagine them being any better than stock.
The safety of bolt in cages is debatable. I don't think it's SCCA legal.
I wouldn't want 18" wheels - tires go quickly and bigger just means more expensive.
Widebody kit would knock you out of any racing classification that the car could be competitive in
Sparco Torino's are more of a street seat
Subs.
If you are a beginner, just track your car as is. The closer to stock the better. Don't try to buy a modded out car. A stock S is a great track car - most mods make it worse.

the op said to knock some sense in to him, and that is what everyone has done.
1) fix what you're calling the car to avoid lynch mob.
2) anything else.

fix yours first. if you can't afford to change, it doesn't matter how fast/nice/cool/whatever the car is, nor does it matter how good the deal is. you can't take it.
i'd like a used ferrari but won't even think about trading my s for one. i might be able to pay for it, but i certainly can't afford it.

In guessing the OP lives on Oahu, Hawaii (based on the car he's considering).
There is no track. Unless you consider SCCA autox in a parking lot, in which case that car would be a joke.
It is a great show car though.

Don't mind if the OP named his own car "Stewie". Just like mods, that's his own mistake to make.
My car ain't no effin' "stewie"
I'll hold him, you cut him.

That car has been on craigslist for the past year. The owner was asking for something outrageous like 30K++ for a MOLESTED non-stock, dont know how its tuned..etc etc s2000. Apparently it hasn't been sold still...there is probably a good reason for that.
