How does a gas station end up pumping water in the first place?
The tanks are underground and sometimes water is able to get in through a defect in the tank itself or through the filling ports at the surface . Ask the insurance co. anyways - they can cross reference other claims like yours , and narrow it down to the common denominator (the offending station) . Insurance companies will talk to each other in these types of situations . Don't give up , you've still got a shot .

Compression is fine. Only problem JSKI that it happened alil over a month ago. and didnt realize it till 2.5 weeks later. I dont have a reciept or any envidence showing I went there. But I do have a reciept from a shop down the street from them where I was at before I purchased my gas.
did you pay with card? if so call your bank or cc company and they will have a copy.

no i had paid with cash. There is no evidence at all that I can prove that I bought their gas. Its unfortunate, but Ive been shafted and cant do anything bout it. Ive made a claim with the Burea of better goods dept. and am still waiting. without any hard evidecne such as a reciept, I cant really do much.

I took the car to Honda where they drained the tank completely and everything checked out fine on the OBD check. The AEM ECU though we believe is defected. Electronic timing is way off. Well be able to get it replaced and hopefully should be up and running. Thanks for everyones help. I def. appreciate it.

Another s2ki member works at a local service department here. He took car of me and hooked me up. Since he runs the dept, he had no prob with me having the ITBs.
