Default Car sounds/feels wierd after canyon driving

I went canyon driving a few days ago and it was full of tight turns. I stayed in 3rd gear most of the time. Did this for about an hour or so. My car's suspension is pretty much stock, just got an upper front strut bar. On the way home, as I accelerated over 75mph and press hard on the gas pedal, even dropping it down to 4th on the freeway to jump to 80-90mph, the wheels and my car sounds/feels kind of rough. I thought I might just be paranoid as alot of people on here are fooled with those "noise issues" and its usually nothing to aorry about. But I just want to check to see if I may have done anything wrong when canyon driving. Was it wise for my car to stay in 3rd gear for that long? The girl I was following said its best to stay in 3rd thru that canyon. Our cars are supposed to be great for canyon driving aren't they? So if in case there might be something wrong, what could it be?

The wheels and tires on your car doesn't know what gear you used. Maybe you threw off a wheel weight or something.

Also, in such driving situations, you should not be listening to the drivers of other types of cars. Unless they also have an S2000, your car doesn't have the same gearing or rev band as other cars. You should be driving by rpm, not by gear.

If you lost a wheel weight, an unbalanced wheel will send a slight vibration through the car and get worse as you speed up. I'm not saying that's what it is in your case. It was only a guess. Check all the rims and you'll see where the weights are. You should have stick on weights on the inner surface of the rim. If you've lost one, you should see a clean spot where the weight used to be. You'll need to get the rim balanced at a tire shop.

Check your tire pressures. Maybe you got a puncture during your drive.
Check all your lugnuts. Maybe you lost one.

Actually from what I just saw, it does seem there are some weights missing from all 4 rims! Would I need to go to the dealership for this or any Honda mechanic shop? How can this be prevented and how can I prevent from losing pressure everytime I canyon drive or even drive normally?

any tire shop can balance your wheels.

tire shops carry plenty of weights... that's how they balance the wheels.

That's how they balance your wheels - they stick weights on them until they don't vibrate any more. When they're done, take a look and you'll see where they glued them to the inside of the rim.

A tire shop gives you whatever weights you need when they balance your rims/tires. To ensure this doesn't happen again, ask them to clean off the surface of the rim before sticking the weights on. Also, if you are one of those who wash the inside of your rims, you might want to reconsider doing this as this can cause the weight adhesive to lose their stick.
