Default Car Dolly (Moving)

Hey everyone, Im packing up a uhaul and moving out of state. I'm going to be making the drive by myself and need to bring the S with me. I called uhaul and they said it wont fit on a flat car hauler, but said it would fit on a dolly as long as I disconnect the drive shaft before pulling it. Is there anyone out there that has expriences with this? Thanks a ton!

if your car is lowered, then it wont have a chance on the dolly. I fit my car on a flat bed trailer, but it wasn't the uhaul brand. best bet is to get a flat bed trailer or get the car shipped.

It can't be lowered.
If it isn't, you can make it work with the uhaul car carrier but you'll have to put 2x10 planks in the tire channels to get the car high enough to clear the ridges if the channels.
Good luck.

Why wouldn't it fit on a flat car hauler. Maybe just planks to get it up without scraping?

Otherwise ship the car or pay for someone to drive it out?

They probably dont have any idea what a S2000 is. Mine fit just fine but I had to back it in so it traveled the whole trip backwards. Like others said if its lowered you might need some wood blocks.

Now that I think about it, we got my buddies lowered S up on the Uhaul trailer too without any blocks. Youll be fine with the flatbed.

I have had my S on a full Uhaul hauler before if goes on fine, if you fined a block of wood or speed bump just put the back wheels of the truck on it which will tilt the ass end of the trailer down even more.

DON'T USE A DOLLY, DON'T DON'T!!!!!!
