Will the topnotch cover go over the Honda Cover?
Yes.

How is the Honda cover in the rain? I thought it was indicated for use outdoors, including in rain conditions?
It's made for indoors. It will soak up the water.

How much is that WeatherShield? If its more repellent, I might put it OVER the Honda cover for the nastier days. Hell, nasty or not, it would keep the Honda cover clean...and if its that small.
The WeatherShield sheds water. If it's wet just give it a quick shake and the water falls off. Check out the sponsor TopNotch for pricing.

How similar in shape and size to the Honda is it? Does it have the little antenna pouch too?
Some of the fabric seams are located a little differently, but the shape and size are VERY close to one another including the antenna pouch. Both fit great.

I've got the Honda cover, and athough it's a little bulky, it's a perfect fit, and has a nice soft inside lining. The thing you have check for if you buy any other make of cover is whether it has pockets for the side mirrors and antenna, and that it's specifically made for the S2K. Not all covers come with those pockets.

It's also a good idea to have a plastic bag or box in the trunk to put the wet car cover in for those surprise deluges that are common (in FL, at least) - keeps your trunk dry.

I have to park in a crowded outdoor parking lot at the airport. Not only is it a dust bowl but it can get very windy there too. I currently have a cheap generic cover which lets the dust in. Car looks like it has measles when I come back to it. Plus, the fit is awful. I have to take the antenna off when covering the car. Given all that, which should I get...the weathershield or the Noah? Any suggestions?

I've used my Honda OEM car cover indoors and outdoors and it holds up well. The car still gets wet (it breathes and does let water in) but it's not a bid deal. The bulk of the water runs off the cover (watch out or you'll soak your pants if you're not careful).

Does anyone have any idea on the best way to clean the covers?
