Car is 'bucking'...What's the deal?

That link doesn't seem to be working for me, but i'll go ahead and search for the throttle cable issue and see what I can find. Thanks guys.

After reading up on the 'kangarooing' phenomenon my situation appears to be a bit different. That situation seems to occur specifically when accelerating off-idle. I haven't had any problems like that, i've driven a huge variety of manual tranny cars and they all require a bit different combo off clutch/gas. This, on the other hand, occurs when shifting from first to second and second to third when driving normally. I've seen slight bucking from drivetrain slop in other cars, and this is not it. I will still try adjusting my throttle cable, but does anyone have other helpful ideas or experienced a situation like mine?
