Can't use K&N FIPK on the 06 ?

Can't use K&N FIPK on the 06 ?
I went to K&N web site to get info of the FIPK for my 06. But according to the web site I can't use the FIPK but rather the 63 series Air Charger would work on the 06.
My question is why the FIPK would not work ? Is there any different between the two air intakes ?

Yes and the K & N 63 series does not compensate for absent air pump and the added air sensor - ordered one - doesn't work - K & N has asked for pictures of my 06 engine bay - apparently they weren't aware of the 06 changes.
The 63 series and the 57 series (FIPK) are identical kits - this from K & N.

he 2 changes on the 06 are a relocated IAT sensor, and they removed the airpump inlet fitting.
