Canadian S2000 Brochure!
I just picked up my 2002 S2000 Brochure at the dealer. Very nice picture of Sebring Silver S2000 (exterior). Also in the brochure is the blue interior which doesn't look too bad! Usual details (already known on this board) is provided:
glass rear window
acrylic aeroscreen
tweeters in the door
leather wrapped aluminum shifter
Colors (black, red, blue, silver) No yellow?
If you have any questions about the brochure, e-mail me!
Once pricing is released, I will order Suzuka Blue or Sebring Silver. The pricing will probably arrive within the next two weeks.

When I get the car is anyones guess! The general manager said that he is on good terms with the district rep and more than likely, I will get the first Blue in Saskatchewan. S2000's will be allocated to our province and with such a low demand, I suspect I will have one Nov 1 (supposedly the official release date).

HG Said "LOL... you know I don't know you personally, but I can just image you (especially the avatar cutie pic) talking with Honda. .. LOL "
I live pretty close to the Alliston plant, I'm going there tomorrow. I hope I come out with my bolts!
$182 for a damn net that comes with the bolts, and if the bolts break then your stuck with buying a new net. BAH Not in my world.
I wanna see the brochure now, see if the bolts come with the car.

The demand for S2000's in Saskatoon has been low, believe it or not. There is still a red 2000 S2000 sitting in the showroom right now. It sat for two summers now. I believe 3 black and 1 silver S2000's have been sold in Saskatoon since the introduction late 1999. From what I understand from the general manager, if you want to order one, you will get one very soon since each province has a certain allocation. In Saskatchewan, these allocations are rarely spoken for and there is almost no waiting list. Thats fine by me! Some people just don't know a good thing when they see it.
Also, I love your name VTEXTC-very original!

Louie,
Is that right? Here in AB, demand is hot for the S2Ks. Its hard to find one anywhere. Well, okay not anywhere, but you get the idea. I purchased mine without a test drive. And specifically, regarding the Honda comment on demand being low on the Spa Yellows, that just insinuates me. It took me two and a half months to find mine, and it seemed that every other buyer in my city was also looking for one at the same time!!!
Thanks for the comment on my handle; its also my vanity plate on the S2k!!
Cheers
