You could hardly tell it's Spring in NJ this time of year with the weather actually being nice. It's sunny and mid 70s here in Northern NJ and i think i'll have to take a couple hours out of work to go for a nice brisk drive. Maybe i'll stop by the BMW dealership to see if they could give me some info or brouchures on the Mini coming out soon (thinking of picking one up to become my daily driver). Anyway, time to go to lunch and hopefully a nice extended lunch since i'll be driving around for a bit.

top down and no need for the heater...gotta love it

Just back from enjoying it.

god it felt good to feel the sun on my face esp since i didn't have to have the heater blowing full blast. hell i didn't even have it on at all...i think i vtec'd every chance i got and took it took 8k RPM several times.

i noticed i drive faster and harder when i have the top down. it's like dr. jeckyl and mr. hyde. i sure did have fun though...didn't even turn on the radio. can't wait for the drive home. should be some more spirited driving there.

Swurydel,

I'm with you!!! As soon as I leave the office (and take the Path back to my prelude), I'm going to drive home, pull my Si in the garage and take the S2K out!!!

I'm definitely going to do some cruisin' this evening before the sun goes down!!! (Especially because the rest of the week is going to suck ). . .

For all NY/NJ S2K owners. . . Enjoy today!!!!

It has been amazing here in Indianapolis. This weekend it was in the mid 80s -- here comes global warming

I've driven the S2K every chance I get.

Enjoy the great weather!

Take care,
Andrew

hmph...hmph...hmph....it is BEAUTIFUL TODAY!!!! Got my car on Valentine's day and i have never taken the top down while driving!!!!!!!!! Never wanted to look like a clown with 40-50 degree weather being the norm the past couple of months. That all changed today. I'm gonna have to invest in some sunblock. Jeez, days like today make the payments all worth it. All i can say is WOW!!!

Swurvydel and Iceman,

I hope I can get out of work by 5:00 and make the express train home so I can do some top down driving in Bergen County. Maybe I'll head up to Harriman and cruise. I just checked out weather.com and they say the temperature is 78 degrees. Spring is finally in the air!!!

S2KO,

Where do you think you'll be driving. . . Maybe we could tag team through northern Bergen County. . .

I'm leaving the office around 5:30 and should be in my car by about 7pm. . .

Probably either in the Ridgewood area or I'll head up to Harriman and Seven Lakes Drive. The speed limit up there is only 40 or 45 but it's pretty drive.

I hope to get out of work on time and make the 5:47 out of Hoboken which should put me home between 6:30 and 7:00. The weatherman said something about rain tonight but I'm looking out my window and it's just a little hazy.

BTW the Mets just won their home opener.

I'll be cruisin the Paramus/Ridgewood area . . . So, if you decide to stay local (i.e., Ridgewood area) send me a private message. . .

Have fun. . .
