Can someone please recommend an S2K car cover?

Depends what you need it for. If you just want to protect it from dust, etc in the garage, the oem cover is fine. However, it is not adequate for storing in the garage. If you need to cover the car outside, to protect from rain/snow/animals/dust/dirt/etc, you'll need something better.
I had the same question when I bought my S2K 7 weeks ago (no garage, wish I did!). I asked around here and the almost unanimous recommendation was for the Covercraft Weathershield. I got one and I'm very happy with it. It protects the car great, it's very easy to fold and store (folds very small so it doesn't take too much room in the trunk) and it fits the car perfectly, easy to put on and remove.
I ordered it from carcoverworld.com in DE for $200 shipped including lock kit. If you have to, you can tell them someone is offering that price on eBay.

Personally, I would never store a car with a cover, especially outdoors. If the cover gets any dirt on the inside, every time you take the cover off and put it back on, you are scratching your paint. You will not notice it for a while but eventually, you will see hairline scratches in the paint. When you store it outside with a cover, the wind will shift the cover slightly on the car. And, if the cover is not extremely secure, it will flap in the wind and could eventually wear through the paint.
I would recommend several coats of a good car wax instead.

G, ideally, you're right. However, in my imperfect world, I don't always have the time or $$ to wax my car frequently enough. Not having a garage, I'd much rather keep my car protected from the copious birds in my neighborhood, random debris, rain, dust, dirt, and snow, than just have it sit in the driveway "naked".
Keeping the car covered really does keep it cleaner - I don't have to wash it as frequently when I keep it covered. This is especially useful in the winter when it's too damn cold to wash the car myself, and there's always a line at the car wash (and of course I don't like taking the car to the car wash anyway, how dare anyone else lay a hand on her! whoo, calm down Avi!)
My Weathershield performed admirably in last week's snow, and I can't see any adverse effects in the paint. Of course, I may not be as exacting or as perceptive as you, but it works for me - I'm happy.
Man, it's waaaay too early in the morning.
