Can someone please help me out w/this wing/hole Q?
Okay i don't have my oem "Wing" on anymore. I for some reason did not like the look of it on the S2000. Well here is my question for any of you. What wing will cover up these holes! I have been looking and looking, but get confused on what holes on the trunk are ever being talked about. I have the 4 holes from the OEM wing still showing on the trunk and drives me nuts, b/c my cars looks really weird and ghetto with them showing. What wing or spoiler can I buy to cover those holes? Will the oem "tail like spoiler" cover them up?

i don't know any decent looking wing/spoiler will cover up the hole the best bet would be sell it(trade it with someone that wants the wing style spoiler or something that just want another trunk lid, perhaps for track event for the gigantic Ai wing) or repair it
if you taking the second path, make sure you have it welded and sanded down, don't use bondo/body filling on the trunk, they will sink or crack over time

Mugen three piece is the only one I know of that uses the same mounting points.
The Veilside V1 wing/spoiler will cover the area, but I am not sure how well.
Take the car to a bodyshop and have them fill the holes and repaint. Then you can pick any wing you want (or none.) While there, have them shave the keyhole and emblem off the trunk too.
OR get an OEM wing back on and sell the trunk and wing for a "virgin" trunklid + cash in the same color as your car.

I've seen pics of an OEM rear decklid spoiler installation, and I'm pretty sure that it uses those same 4 holes. I think i also saw additional holes being made for the installation. But, I'm pretty sure it uses those same holes.
I have the OEM wing and installed it myself.

How about trading your spoiler/trunk for a stock trunk?. There might be members wanting to take your combo, possibly in same color. Then you can put on whatever you want.
