No they dont. They are shaving the rim? Why not just buy correct offset wheels?

Oh here is a brief tutorial on offsets ofthe car
Stock now you are running
16x6.5 +55
16x7.5 +65

2 main things to consider. Wheel Width and Offset.

OK, Assuming offset is the same....
Say you get 1 inch wider wheel for the front. 18x7.5 Take that 1 inch divided by 2 and add that value to both inside and outside of the wheel to estimate how much the wider the wheel will come out by.

Different offset.
Now you are using 16x6.5 +55
Say you have the same wheel width but with +35 offset. That just means the wheel is 20mm (55mm-35mm) outwards from the hub.

So yeah do your homework and decide how u want the wheels to look in relation to the car body. Dont let the shop decide which offset is right for you. You paying big $$$ so get it done exactly how you want it...

Umm am I wrong or is there no way in hell that would work. You need to go + in offset not minus. Wouldn't shaving the rim make it even lower?
