Call Honda Customer Service to report bad dealerships
This is just a suggestion, not starting a debate.
I would like to encourage everyone who's been treaded like $#!^ by a dealership to call Honda Customer Service at (800) 999-1009 and compalin about it. Regardless of the outcome of your call, you might get a survy via mail that would let you voice your opinon in a way that will be tabulated. The more people complain the better the chance of an improvent.
You also get surveys when you buy a new Honda and sometimes when you go to a new dealership for service. I'd suggest that you save these survey and do not reply to them right away. Judge the dealership over a few trips, specially if you've had to deal with them regarding a problem. Most people are just happy getting a new car and give an EXCELLENT review right away only to find out the dealership goesn't give a damn later. This will not affect the good dealerships in any way.
I'm sure we can all use better service at our dealerships so why not do something to improve the odds of getting it?
Just my $0.02
