The calipers are done!

They came out great and it's wonderful to see you getting your son involved. I would ahve loved to do that with my dad when I was young. I used the same paint on mine.

I think we have to get you guys some shiny new non-rusty rotors now to go alone with those fresh looking calipers! I did the rotors first...and now I'm kicking myself for not painting the calipers while I did the rest of the install.

I wish I had done my rotors as well, but am now debating on changing them outright for slotted and/or drilled.

Those are the very sweet memories that we all carry with us. They define who we are, where we came from and where we are going. I hope all of us will be as smart as our parents were and share some time with our kids.
I had as much fun watching my kids do this as I hope they had.
I don't think the kids would want to paint your calipers for money, but they probably would do it for fun. Especially Adam. Of course you'd have to take him for a top down, vtec ride when the calipers dried.

I was real fond of my color choice until I saw yours. Now I'm thinking that red would have been nice. Maybe next time.

Those are beautiful wheels and rotors. Which rotors are they? Do the calipers have to be removed to put them on?

Please don't tell OSHA.
If you think it's fun owning a sportscar now, wait until your kid(s) is old enough to share it with you. That's really fun.
By the way, I've lost track. When is your wife due?

I think you are right. The rotors might be next. If they don't cost too much. Don't forget, I've got 2 college educations to pay for, and a sportscar(mistress) to keep.

I hated mowing too. My folks had an old Craftsman "son propelled" gas mower. I don't think it ever started on less then 15 pulls. I hated it.
