On a recent post, someone mentioned that their cabin rattles a lot.

This true?

Not one rattle in this car, even after the seat belt recall and 8500+ miles on old New England roads.

No rattles here after 20k miles. The top hinges need to be lubricated to prevent them from squeeking.

Not a rattle to be found...rock solid, it's a Honda, after all...!

I didn't post it but I do get rattles that come and go.
One is over my left shoulder (so it couldn't be the loose spare tire) and the other is lower windshield probably caused by the wipers.

Hi Ben,
What kind of noises are you getting? Top up or down? Do you think that it could be temperature related?

Hi John,

Well the noise over the left shoulder is not exactly a rattle -- it's more like a tick sound on ~5 sec. interval and only comes on when the car is moving. I can't figure out what it is for the life of me -- I hope it's not a bomb. It could very well be top(up) related like you suggested.

The windshield/wipers rattle sound is probably caused by the (loose?) wipers hitting against the windshield -- I just haven't got around to fix it yet. They both come and go.

Thanks for caring and hope u had a wonderful Turkey Day.

-Ben

Ben,

At 140 mph the wipers will tend to flap in the wind a bit
