My 02 buzzes also. I don't think they fixed it. It will go in for a new clutch soon.

I had the same noise under decel, but I took off that stupid piece of plastic that goes over the fuel injectors. If you notice it is held on by two horizontal bolts, leaving room to go back anf forth.

From memory the validity of the tsb goes on the vin number. The tsb that I have refers to 00 and 01 my but go to your dealer and show them the problem. If they are honest they will tell you whether it is the clutch problem or not.
