Buying parts from hardtopguy

You can try e-mailing him here: ganleyphparts@ameritech.net
I had the same problem once - my outgoing shipment got buried under some parts they had received and the Fed Ex guy didn't grab it.

Yeah, I had no problems buying from Jeff. He told me when the items would be in stock, and shipped, and he pretty much stuck by that. I'd buy from him again.
Sorry you've had problems though. However I would have hopped you had called Jeff before you posted on here? It's the right thing to do

For those of you waiting for stuff from Jeff, I understand your position. I was in a situation where bringing my car to school with a newly replaced soft top likely meant another top slash within several days. I decided to get a hard top from Jeff. After I ordered, I heard no word from Jeff. The car was sititng at the dealership, so I was getting worried about storages fees etc. I was getting a little uneasy when Jeff wouldn't return my calls etc, but in the end, everything worked out. The hard top arrived earlier than he had said and the deal I got was phenomenal. These guys aren't going to cheat of your money. While I don't approve of how unreachable they are and even when you leave them phone messages, I do not believe they are lazy or they are holding out on you. If a product is in a stock, they're going to ship it out to you for a great deal. If it's not in stock, then the timeliness in which your receive the product may not be in their hands alone.
Hope everything works out for you. I'd do business with Jeff again any day.

jeff's alright, but joe's a lazy fvcker....all he wants to do is watch barrett-jackson car auctions and drink beer.
i've witnessed this first in hand in jeff's living room.

Everyone either loves or hates him. I had a poor experience with him where I had ordered 2004 f and r bumpers and told him to deliver them at my shop. Three weeks go by and they hadn't arrived. I called over there and someone I asked about this said he "must have forgot to ship it." Everytime I called Jeff was "in a meeting." When I told them I wanted a refund, they said they couldn't 'cause they were already shipped. The guy just asked to verify my address, and I gave it to him. Well, my bumpers showed up a few days later at my house instead of the shop. All in all it kept my car off the road for quite a while.

So like Jeff said we send the email but it seems you never get it because of spam filters and such. You should also get an email from the site when the order is complete and an email from fed ex showing the tracking #.
I just ordered a rear spoiler from Jeff at Hardtopguy and was very pleased with his service. I got exactly what was mentioned above- all confirmation emails! and it shipped quickly.
I will definitely do business with them again!
