Default Buying parts from hardtopguy

So I ordered ~$135 worth of Syncromesh FM transmission oil, oil filters, filter tool on oct 1st.

Paid via paypal and the funds were withdrawn on the 6th.

I was sent an email with 2 fedex shipping numbers to track. to this day Fedex tracking shows that the numbers were given to Fedex but they do not have the packages in there possession yet.

I have tried using the contact us link on their website, emailing, PMing and get absolutely no response.

Anyone know of a sure fire way to get a hold of someone from hardtopguy ?

I am just getting really frustrated.

Doesn't really belong in UTH, but have you tried calling? Jeff is top-notch in my book and I've never had a problem. It could be that it's actually lost in shipping.

He works in the parts Dept at Ganley Honda in North Olmstead, Ohio. I'm sure you can do a search in google to find the number.

I don't know why but somehow I knew you would have the number handy.

I think the point people are missing is that we shouldn't have to "keep trying." I have been waiting for over a month now for my Comptech Intake. When I ordered they said it would take 4 days. I highly doubt they are trying to screw me since they have such great feedback on here, but I haven't gotten any responses to my PMs or Emails answering when I might actually get my order. Plus since it's paypal, I have been out $300+ for the last month which is wrong IMO, especially when I was never notified that it would take this long.

As I said in a previous post, their prices are great, and they even refunded part of my payment when the price on the intake was reduced while I was waiting, but I haven't heard anything back from them since.
