I'm sorry for anyone that has Tanabe that will get offended by this...but it is plain hideous. I saw one S2K with Tanabe exhaust in person, and everyone was wondering why that person decided to go with it. Didn't get to hear it...but it looks awful.
thanks!

Well, by now I'm sure you've noticed that everyone has their own opinions and it's quite diverse. I just went through this process and was impressed with the Mugen dual. The advantages I saw were:
-perfect fit
-not too loud for daily driving
-good looking
So I picked it up from King Motorsports and I've been very happy with it. When I first started the engine it was noticeably deeper and really made the car sound like it should have from the factory (in my opinion). The only time you notice it is when the RPM's change (but it's a beautiful sound), at steady state it's not different from OEM. Top down you will hear it, top up it's less.
Two things to keep in mind, start applying liquid wrench to the Cat bolts 4-5 days early, they sucked to get off. Also, read the install guides on the other forum pages, that will help with the job. Makes it a lot easier. Go out and listen to others too, no matter what you go with.
Note that you will pay more for this exhaust, and some don't see the value in that. I did and I'm quite happy. It was well worth it. PM me if you have any questions....
