the fuel filter on our cars is a sock wrapped around the fuel pump inside the fual tank--it's not a normal maintainance item like on other cars---it's not listed as a replacement item by Honda in the maintainance schedules in the U.S. owners manual.
to get to it requires removing the convertable top tray, the spare, all the trunk trim (because you will spill gas in the trunk when you pull the fuel pump out), unbolting the access panel and then removing the fuel pump to get to the sock.
It's typically only serviced if you have a fuel delivery problem.
