Default Is this bumper repairable? (PICS!)

My friend backed into me..very lightly...but managed to break a clip inside the bumper right underneath the right headlight..
so now there is a small (maybe 3/8 inch) gap between the right headlight and the bumper...(where they meet...on the bottom of the headlight)..

I could see a clip inside that's broken off...
If I tried to push down the bumper the gap is temporarily reduced but after a while it comes back...it's not really noticeable but still bothers me..

I was wondering if it is repairable or if I have to replace the whole bumper just for that...

here are the pics

It's repairable. I saw these new urethane brackets at my friends shop and they use really strong glue and after he takes a spot welded to it for a sec.
