man, i am wondering the same thing. but dude, the height with that thing is gunna get even lower so we might be scraping more often, not the paint, but shocking the bumper. but i am interested to see if anyone has done it, and what was the result.

If you have a MY00-03, they make a front lip protector for the S2000:

However, they do not make a front bumper protector or a front lip protector for the MY04-05+ S2000s.

Depending on the material you want to use. You can use aluminum, CF or even Plastic. You can buy the sheets at a hardware store in the color you want. Depending on what material you get will determine what you will need to cut it.
1. Use brown roll paper and out line your front lip.
2. Mark your OEM holes for the bumper and the front lip. Which ever
lip your using.
3. Cut your material with either a jig saw or even a high speed dremel.
4. Buff out the edges or put a nice edge trim on it for a finished look.
5. Mount your protective lip to the OEM holes or your front lips
mounting points.
Voila.......done.
I did this before with aluminum. It was a fun project and it turned out really good.
