Hi Airgate,

I was wondering if you ever got around to taking some new pics with the lights off and close up. The pics you have posted look great!

That plastic piece, called the airguide, is there for a very good reason. It's part of the whole management of air flow through the radiator and intake. I wouldn't mess with it. It's not decoration.

During our Front Grill Tests we took the air guide out of the S2000 to see what affect it had on the temperature of the radiator and air cleaner (the grills were not installed with this test). Without the Air Guide the Temperature of the Radiator was almost 20 degrees hotter and the air cleaner temperature was almost 10 degrees warmer. This Air Guide seems to work almost like a built in CAI.
