I don't have a good before and after picture but here are a couple of pictures of my front bumper. It was cracked on the bottom also had scratches all along the bottom. There was dents in it from where the license plate frame got pushed into the bumper and i also had the bumper holes too. I got the whole car resprayed, but when i asked them the difference in price between doing the front bumper vs not doing it, there was only a $290 difference.

I personally don't like the look of any add on "lip". Yes, I know you guys like all the add on crap, but I like the stock look, just the way Honda made it. It would be just a matter of time when you will damage it, or rip it off on a curb or dip no matter how careful you are. I would just have the bumper reapired and painted. You should be able to find a little better deal on the work with a good shop if you can deal in cash. My 2 pennies.

If your talking to me then yes lol I bought the car used and it being an 05' that the previous owner used as a DD, it had a couple of door dings and a few light scratches around. Now shes perect
