I'm a short, skinny guy (5'6" 135lbs) and the side bolsters on the stock s2k seats aren't narrow enough for me, I slide a couple inches from side to side (though the shoulder bolsters are perfect.) I'm looking into getting bucket seats, Bride Pros to be exact, but i've heard that bucket seats will generally sit lower than the stock seats. I don't want this as I'm already short to begin with. Is there a particular rail/slider combo I should be using in order to retain the factory seat height? People with Bride Pros, please chime in.

 

I dont think the Bride Pros will be that low. Theyre not as alow as the Zeta III. YOu can only use the Bride Type RO for the PRos since its bottom mounted.

 

Bottom mount rails will generally not sit lower than stock so you should be good with the Bride Pros

 

although Bride Pros will stil make you slide since there are not enouhg bolsters to support your body.

Ive owned the Pros, switched the Zeta III, then VIOS, and now GIAS. I'll be stock with my GIAS for a while.

 

The Pros are not likes very much by anyone it seems.

If you went with a seat like the Brix or Brix 2 that should definitely be more support and it is bottom mount so it shouldn't be lower than the stock seat.
