Default Boost problem

I am having trouble finding out what PSI I should run on a stock motor for a vortech supercharger. I don't want the motor to blow.

try 7 PSI max ... this is recommended for most high compression motors that have not had the compression reduced.

I have just noticed that the comptech and vortech kits run 7-8 PSI so you should be fine.

Hmmm actually I would like some other owners to post on this as I don't actually have a supercharger on mine!
