I was just wondering about the correlation between those that modify their S2000's with aftermarkets bodykits and the ages of those who do so.

Anyone who has a bodykit, please post your age.

I'm 24 and I wouldn't be caught dead with a body kit on my car.. (this doesn't count the OEM kit, I do want that)

30+, MSEE (since Rick's thread has brought up the issue of degrees and education), and I'm currently heading towards a Veilside surround kit, Mugen hood, and Feels rear spoiler.

29, ecommerce programmer, published author, award winning designer (sorry, stating to offset the "I have no taste or sense of design" argument) ... "tweaked" Cavalleresco kit (filled the pointless grooves on the side so the skirts match the car's lines, filled the spot for the "Distinto Belleza" badge so I could put my Honda one back on), Mugen SS Wing, Mugen CF Hood (painted, not raw CF), Veilside tonneau cover (cause I miss the hard boot my M3 had and the soft one reminds me too much of my old Z3).

19 here.... close to 20 I'm part time student and full time airforce. As soon as i go back on reserve status its off to Va. Tech. Wheels, exhaust and a modest bodykit is all i care to do. Nothing to aggressive but something that looks nice and clean. I have ssrgt1's, hks dauls, eiback springs, and an amuse front spoiler(on the way).

22, and I would never ever put a body kit on a S2000...
After-market front lips are acceptable IMO, but I would rather stick with OEM parts. Keeping it simple.

Once upon a time I heard someone say and I quote "Bodykits are for making whack cars look dope, not to make dope cars look whack.

Still to this day I strongly agree. For instance: my car has an OEM front lip, black 18" TE-37's and a "nose-dive" stance. As you see I'm not a big fan of bodykits.

I'm 24, thinking about getting a C-West kit in the future.

Certain bodykits make the car look so much nicer. Its just more appealing to myself and others.
Look at it this way:

Simple clean Cwest/Spoon S2000

Stock/OEM S2000

Maybe its just me. The stock S2000 just doesnt do anything for me. The car is screaming for more.
