Bird Crap
Well, I've only had my S on the road 2 days and already it got bombed.
What is the best way to get bird crap remnants out of the convertible top??

I used the 303 vinyl protectant on the top. I was disappointed, I thought the rain was going to bead off also, the windows got hazy from the stuff running off. I don't think I used too much, or did I?
How often is application necessary?
Is using a waterproofing product a better idea?

I use both 303 Cleaner and Protectant.
The cleaner is phenominal when you wash your entire car. Not sure how it is for spot cleaning. People have recommended both Amazing rolloff and Zymol Fabric, but I have no experience with these products.
As for the Aerospace protectant, I experienced the same problem with it runnning off onto the windows. However, the water bead was excellent. I used a lot of it when I applied it. It's very tough not to overspray. The next time I apply it I might mask the area around the top.
