I'm interested in this topic. The picture of the Hollywood rack isn't there any more and no model is specified. Also, wouild like to see a picture of the Saris Bones rack. Last, the link to the trailer hitch FAQ is broken. Anybody know what the link should be?

I recall that the Classic trunk rack has some sort of strenghtening plate that goes underneath, allowing one or two bikes to be mounted on top.
If you are looking for an excuse to get a carbon fiber trunk after this does some strange thing to yours, go for it!

I know. Me too. This would be only for one trip and I'm now thinking about shipping the bike. I have other cars that are better suited, but I wanted to take the S2K for this trip.
