Best Spoon CAI $ and ? About Spoon Throttle Body
What did you pay for your Spoon CAI? What is it going for now and who is the seller?
Can the CAI and the throttle body run as the only mod on the s2000?
Is it recommended?

As for the mod, it's fine if you only do those two, but if you want more performance, there are other mods available.

If you add throttle body, don't you need a piggy back to adjust the a/f ratio or other engine parameter?

You can do a lot better than the prices you have so far found. I paid $325 for my Spoon CAI, which I ordered thru Taka Kaira in Japan. With shipping to California, total cost was $363. They were very easy to deal with, and kept me updated as each step of the transaction occurred (including a shipment delay, which they made right by including a neat video and Spoon catalog with my order).
Look up Spoon and Taka Kaira to find the relevant threads. Or, you can PM me for details (I'll have to look at my e-mails to Japan to get the correct contact info for you.

No offense here Tyra, but here are 2 reasons why you wouldn't want to do that:
1. Buy from an authorized North American Spoon dealer. There is an existing support network for Spoon products - whether it be fast customer service or technical support - and it's not easy to have this network set up. Just like when you're buying a car, you want to buy from an authorized dealer, and when you have a problem, you go to your authorized dealer.
2. Buy from the sponsors. We are here with technical expertise and real experience tuning the cars in various areas. We are local, we care about the S2000 community, and we contribute time and money to this community.
