BEWARE OF GRUPPE-S DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE.
I ordered a Fuji-Legalis on-line from Gruppe at the advertised price of $850. I got an e- mail confirmation of the order for $850 shipped. About 3 weeks later I get a phone call from Gruppe saying I owe them another $100 for shipping!!. I told them to go stuff it.

OOOO! Not good! Sorry to hear that.
They originally said the same thing to me over the phone, but when I referenced the "$850 shipped" post here on S2KI.com they gave it to me for $850 shipped.

I'm sure this is a topic that has probably been beaten down on these boards before, so I'll prep by saying:
<flame suit on>
Now that I've gotten that out of the way...
I've been doing a bit of research and it seems that the Fuji is regarded as a good exhaust for N/A and FI applications. I'd like to think I'm going to eventually go FI someday, which is why I'm looking for a solution that would be nice for both.
Basically, I'm looking for a dual setup that has a nice sound and won't break the bank. Coffee can mufflers need not apply.
What it boils down to...is this the right exhaust for what I am looking for? Or is there something else out there that I should be considering?

I just swapped out a Tanabe Super Hyper Medallion for a the Fuji. and it is exactly what I was looking for. It is a smooth, non-droning, great looking exhaust. I definitely recommend it.
The Tanabe is a good, cheaper, alternate, but it was a very little bit drony (the wife couldn't deal with it) between 3K-4K rpm's.
If anyone is interested in the Tanabe please see this:
