I've bought a lot of Mugen from King, full retail but top notch service and never a worry about fake or gray market issues.

and to dispell other comments...here in the U.S., Bulletproof and King are the only importers of Mugen. So, if you see it somewhere else, they are either getting it from one of these two, or its "black market".
Each time I bought Mugen parts I spoke to Bulletproof. I'm pretty sure they get their Mugen stuff from King.

I know for a fact that Ben does not buy his Mugen from King, but to each his own.

Mine came from Bulletproof, all with Mugen Warranty, all with Mugen serial numbers. Ben is in Tokyo right now, otherwise I'd say...call him direct and talk to him about it

King is THE only authorized distributor of Mugen in North America.
I was just thinking about this...lol...and got back online to agree with you.

There is only one distributor for each JDM product in our country....thus King is the only distributor of Mugen parts in the US. As is for the other JDM parts sold in the USA....there is a sole distributor for each and every product. But, other shops can still sell those products if they can obtain an avenue of getting the product to sell...via through distributors like King, Bulletproof and AutoRnD...or gray market so to speak. BUT...and this is a big but...because Bulletproof is also located in Japan (not just Cali), they are able to import every JDM part into the country through Bulletproof Japan...all with factory backed warranties.

I've heard it straight out of his mouth - but that was a long time ago. And who cares really? If there's a warranty on a Bulletproof part, then great - who cares where it came from.

Tommy, "idon'twait" on the forum might be able to hook you up with Mugen parts. He is a great guy to deal with.
