Best/most effective cooling mods?
Looking for opinions on the best options for keeping engine operating temps. as low as possible.(for insane 110+ driving conditions here in AZ.) I am looking at the Mugen thermostat + fan switch, with a radiator plate. Looking for a larger capacity radiator or higher CFM radiator fan at a resonable price. Also, would there be any benefit to doing the TB coolant bypass mod (i.e 3/8'' ball bearings)as far as lowering the coolant temp.? Any ideas/help welcome and appreciated.
ps. I am asking the question because, I am running the coastal metals front grill and have only seen over three bars one time(went to four for a second then back to three.)but, it has me worried it may be running borderline three/four bars all the time. In AZ , the cooler...the better.

Spoon or Mugen thermostat, thermoswitch, and radiator cap are great starts. Also consider the Ztec/Spugen heat shield and a radiator cover (to force more air through the radiator).
I have a Coastal Metals front grill as well, but what does it have to do with cooling and engine bay temps?

I think the best mod is the hondata intake mani gasket. It does make a big difference, and you can tell once it's on that it eliminates most if not all bogging that accures. The mugen mods would be good aswell along wih a radiator. Other then those suggestions I am not sure.
