Best bet is to go with upgraded pads and fluid (1 set of pads for the street and 1 set for track) If you are looking for the best there is no way you will find a good multi-purpose pad for street and track. Braided lines are not needed although don't hurt. BBK help only marginally for extended runs so you are paying for the bling factor just as much as you are for the stoppinng power. Although there is benefit to lighter aftermarket calipers

I live in an area where almost every road I drive on is very comparable to Deal's Gap..and as you can imagine, I get severe fade. I'm looking for something that is going to fade less(a lot less) and bite quickly. If that can be done with fluid, lines and pads, I'll certainly try that first. Any reccomendations are more than welcome on each of those.

The stock brakes are fantastic! The modulation is spot-on. The ABS functions perfectly without intrusion. The AP1 pads don't dust or squeal. Any more braking and all you get is tires locking-up without improving your braking distances on the street.

If you go to the track, just slap in some racing pads and Motul brake fluid and you can stop incredibly quick with very little fade.

Stock is pretty darned good.

Personally, I've had great results with Carbotech Panther Plus pads.

All the Brake systems I looked at only add bigger calipers to the front. The back remain stock with different rotors. This amounts to more powerful braking in the front, not good since braking in turns is a no no with the S. I went with Powerslot Cyro rotors, Hawk HPS pads and ATE Break Fluid. More pedal feel and much less fade. Less cost. Worked great on the Dragon!

I'm using ATE Super blue and EBC Yellow stuff. Cheapest setup that works!

I'll second the Carbotech pad comment. I use them track and street. XP10's might be a bit aggressive for the S which already has good brakes. Maybe XP8's instead.

They're ceramic so, they don't eat the rotors. They are loud and do dust.

The brakes are like a dream on this car. If you got money to burn, go for the powder coated calipers from Ricks (I think). Why fix something that is not broken?
