I own both, they all good! The only different between them is Berk w/ Built in O2 CEL Fix but Invidia don't.

It's about $70 shipped. You'll need to make your own defouler thingy though. It's a cheap mod, but it'll prevent you from throwing a CEL. I don't have the link, but you can lurk for a O2 simulator/defouler/blah blah blah whatever the vernacular is.

 

I have seen a couple of posts where people with Invidia test pipes have had the weld break.
The Berk test pipe I have heard nothing, but good things.
