saliv8,
I have a friend who owns a body shop...the welding isn't going to cost anything...but I really don't want to weld on the Nippon Exhaust. Welds from the exhuast manufacturers resist the elements better than welds from a body shop. I would hate to find my exhaust dragging on the ground one day driving to work.
PhatHK,
The sound is crazy (I kinda like it)...I should dyno the car with and without on of the dual mufflers...haha.
Cyber Logic,
I rather get store credit for the exhaust...it was pretty beat up when I got it (It came from overseas), visually I nocticed some paint chips but maybe stucturally it was damaged through shipping.
nvmys2k,
It should be under warranty. I saw on the old MG Racing site that the exhaust was warrantied for 3 years. I bought mine for $1000 plus a hefty shipping charge from Europe.

Welds fail for two main reasons:
1) Wrong weld rod used
2) Insufficient penatration
I would suspect penatration as it is probably a hand TIG weld.
Giampiero will make it right for you.

Giampiero came up with some satisfying solutions to my problem.
But, I think I'm just going to get the hanger welded back on the exhaust. It's just the simplest and fastest solution. I was really bothered by it at first...but now I just want it fixed...
Thanks Giampiero!
