Default Bad Characteristics of the '00 models

If any, are there bad things to know about the '00 models? I have one and the car sounds rough sometimes and just feels rough sometimes. It only has 46K miles which is good for a '00 model and was hardly driven hard and is used for weekend driving only. Do I have to maintain/change out certain parts more often than other/newer AP1 models? I ask this because it was the first year the S2K came out and you know what they say about 1st-year models. (The trial years.) So do I differ much from lets say a '01-03 model?

Only 2 things come to mind that is different from other model years.
1. The plastic rear window needs some care and attention to keep it in good shape. Here is a thread to show you how:
https://www.s2ki.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=118889
2.The year 2000 is the only model year where the engine coolant is a "regular" type of anti-freeze. It's good for 3 years and if changed with the same sort of coolant, it must be changed every 2 years thereafter. All other years have Type II coolant, which supposedly, is good for the first 10 years. Here is a thread to show you how to change it:
https://www.s2ki.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=86811

ps. You should really read all the FAQs stickied at the top of some of the key forums and try the search. You may find the answers to many of your questions.

Ive tried that, but couldnt find specifics. Also, I have unlimited free lifetime oil changes at the Honda dealership. Do you think they know about the coolant my model needs?

maybe, but I wouldn't bet on it.. Honda dealers have been known to put the wrong type of fluid in every place the S2K holds fluid.
