You should not have any spine problems at 24.

You should see me, but I'm too far away

Get a new mattress, see a trainer/PT and work on your low back muscles, and abs.

Get an Xray, get adjusted.

What is your "seat-setup"?
In drivingschool I was told you should be able to push the clutch all the way in, with almost no knee bend. Then with your arms forward ( 12 o'clock on the steeringwheel) the "bottom" of your wrists should be on the steeringwheel and your back still supported.
Do you drive with both hands on the wheel?
Those settings make me sit comfortable.

btw.. the S2000 is not a therapist.

Good luck with your back

The S2000 seats fit me like a glove. They're more comfortable than my BMW 3-series. The only biomechanical problem I have with this car is getting in. When I first got it, I would put my right knee at an uncomfortable angle to get in and my knee began to hurt. Now I've developed a way to get in that doesn't torque my knee. It looks like I'm doing tai-chi when I get in.

ya, i have back pains too. i will get one of those brookstone cushions.

i really think it is a combination of bad posture, and lack of excersise and flexibility.

on another note, i have wondered the past 2 years why i was having leg pains too, well, my left leg, i thought it was from smoking and poor circulation. i don't know why it took me so long to realize i think my seat was too far back and i was almost fully extending my leg to depress the clutch. i moved my seat up a little and the pain decrease dramatically. probably the only pain left is from my smoking.

i got to get off my lazy ass and eat healthier and excersise more.

i heard a firmer mattress is better for your back.
I dont know how true this is.....a lot of people say it, but if that was the case it would feel better for your back to sleep on the floor......which it doesnt, atleast for me. Or in that case you could just sleep on a piece of plywood with sheets on top ...... . Now sleeping in the correct positions will help your back a lot.
